Terms & ConditionsFor Online Payments

2.1 You may use the Service solely to make payments to Millionyse via online credit card or e-wallet transactions, provided that you do not:

• 2.1.1 Damage, disrupt, or interfere with the operation of the Service;

• 2.1.2 Use the Service for any unauthorized or unlawful purpose.

2.2 Payments may only be made through the Service for invoices issued by Us for Our services.

2.3 The Service may not be used to transfer funds into Our trust account for onward payments to third parties on your behalf.

2.4 We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue the Service at any time, either temporarily or permanently.

3.1 Payments through the Service are accepted via Visa, MasterCard, or e-wallets.

3.2 Online payments are processed by a third-party service provider, and We are not directly involved in the processing of transactions.

3.3 Payments may be made in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR), Australian Dollars (AUD), US Dollars (USD), and other supported currencies.

3.4 Partial payments are accepted only if they comply with the payment structure outlined in the respective Project Proposal. All payments must be made as per the agreed terms in the Project Proposal and settled by the specified due date.

3.5 We are not responsible for incorrect transactions resulting from inaccurate data entry or for data loss caused by factors beyond Our control.

3.6 A confirmation email will be sent once the payment is successfully processed by Our third-party payment service provider.

3.7 Once a payment has been made, it cannot be canceled. We are not responsible for payment refusals or reversals, which are a matter between you and your card issuer.

3.8 Any disputes or chargebacks related to payments made through the Service must first be communicated with Millionyse (Pvt) Ltd. for resolution before being raised with a bank or payment processor. Clients who initiate chargebacks without a valid reason, as determined by Millionyse, may be subject to legal action and will be liable for any associated costs, including administrative fees and legal expenses.

4.1 A 3.80% payment processing fee applies to all payments made through the Service.

4.2 International cardholders may incur additional fees charged by their respective banks, in addition to the payment processing fee.

4.3 Clients are responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate fluctuations applied by their bank or payment provider. Millionyse is not liable for any discrepancies caused by foreign exchange rates.

4.4 In the event of a failed or reversed payment due to insufficient funds, incorrect payment details, or any other reason beyond Millionyse's control, any additional bank or transaction fees incurred will be the responsibility of the client.

5.1 All refunds are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the respective Project Proposal, and will only be processed if explicitly stated in the Project Proposal.

5.2 Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected], along with relevant supporting documentation.

5.3 Any approved refund will exclude payment processing fees and other non-recoverable costs incurred by Millionyse during the transaction.

6.1 You warrant that:

• 6.1.1 You are at least 16 years old;

• 6.1.2 You have the authority to accept these Terms and fulfill all obligations herein;

• 6.1.3 The credit card used for payment is issued in your name or that you have the authority to use it;

• 6.1.4 You will be responsible for all charges incurred through the use of the Service;

• 6.1.5 All information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.

6.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, We shall not be liable for any:

• 6.2.1 Direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of the Service;

• 6.2.2 Errors, interruptions, or delays in the Service;

• 6.2.3 Inaccuracies or outdated information provided via the Service.

6.3 If We are found liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Service, Our liability shall not exceed the transaction amount related to the claim.

7.1 You agree to indemnify and hold Us harmless from any loss, cost, or expense arising from:

• 7.1.1 Your breach of these Terms;

• 7.1.2 Unauthorized use or misuse of the Service;

• 7.1.3 Negligent acts or omissions related to your use of the Service;

• 7.1.4 Any claim by a third party related to your use of the Service.

8.1 Any personal information provided by you may be retained by Us until you request its removal.

8.2 We will use your personal information only for the purpose for which it was provided, including verification of payment details, and will not share it with third parties except as required by law or authorized by you.

8.3 Your credit card information is processed securely through PayHere Internet Payment Gateway. We do not store credit card details, and We are PCI compliant.

8.4 While We implement security measures to protect your data, We shall not be liable for any unauthorized access, hacking, or data interception.

9.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka.

9.2 The courts of Sri Lanka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms.
